Manacar Tower - Mexico DF, Mexico

Manacar Tower is one of Mexico City’s most iconic contemporary buildings, featuring a fully dynamic LED façade that transforms the architecture into a living element of the skyline.

I was in charge of the testing and commissioning of the façade lighting system, ensuring it was fully operational and ready to perform as a cohesive architectural feature. Once the system was live, I designed and programmed all of the lighting effects displayed on the tower.

Each animation and movement sequence was carefully developed to enhance the building’s vertical geometry and create a strong visual presence at night.

 

The lighting concept combines fluid motion, rhythm, and architectural emphasis, turning the façade into a programmable canvas and giving the tower a distinctive nighttime identity within the city.
